In the back of your mind

You think that your battle is over,
And you can move on with your life
I can come back anytime
Haunting in the back of your mind

You’re more attention of your body
Every aches and pain
Paranoia sinks in
That I will return again

I’ve never left
I’m just asleep
Waiting to be awaking
For there’s no cure for me

You don’t know when I strike
Ether in the day or at night
I have other places to hide
Somewhere deep inside

I don’t away show up at the same place twice
In the lymph nodes freeway
Traveling through your veins
To other places

I am the ghost that you can’t escape
No matter where you go
Where ever you are
I’m there in the shadow
