In the dark city of the Town that never was, a small cry breaks the silent of the night.
“Mommy?”
Cynax woke up in bed with Riku.
“Maxie?” She cries out.
Riku woke up. “who’s Maxie” He asked her
“That’s…” But unsure about her words.
“You have a kid?” he out busted.
“Yes, and no.” she told him.
“Make up your damn mind Woman.”
“He’s my cat that I raise.”
“Oh…” he leans back. “And now he’s here.”
“Yes and you know why…” she said as she got out of bed.
“Yea, see you tomorrow.” And went back to sleep.
“Why you have to act like that?” She shouted at him.
“Shut up. I’m trying to sleep.” He said in the cover.
Cynax sighs. It no good to sleeping with Riku. He’s a guy that everyone wants and he can get anyone but her. I wonder if Sen (her better half) have this problem with Tidus? Cynax wonder. Than again he not available so she may have it worst.
She got her thing and left the room without another word to her master.

“Mommy!” He cried in the dark. She ran to him with the school behind her.
“Maxie!” She responded
He turns and saw his mother dress in deep dark purple coat. Her hair was curly up in a ponytail.
“Mommy?” he walked slowly.
“Mommy here, Maxie.” She tries not to cry. He ran up to her and hugs her.
“Where have you been, Mommy. Next thing I know you was gone.”
“I know. I’m sorry.” She chokes up. “Mommy had to go somewhere where you wasn’t allowed.
“I would take you if I could. You never left my mind, Maxie. But you doing here, in this place?”
“I came searching for you.” He looks up. “Even if it took my heart, I want to be where mommy is.” He told here.
“Do you know your number?” she asked him.
“Yea. 6-2-9. You give it to me.”
“Do you know why I name you Maxie.”
He shook his head. “No, why mommy?”
“Cause I didn’t know if you was a boy or a girl.” She giggles
“That not funny?” he said smiling.
“So this is Maxie, huh” said a voice that makes her froze.
“Mama, who’s that?” Asked Maxie.
“Ri-Ku” she replied and slowly turns around. There was Riku in his coat as his silver hair remains loose.
“Hey kid, your mother is a lousy fighter but she good fu…”
“Don’t tell him that!” She shouted as she holds him closer.
“Mama I know.”
“Know what?” she asked gently.
“That he’s your bed partner. ”
“Maxie…” she sigh I’m sorry.”
“Don’t worry about it.” He said as they let go. “I want to fight Riku.” He told her
“But what about your leg?” she asked him.
“Healed. Max took good care of me.”
“I’m glad.” She smiled. “But are you sure?”
“He’s sure,” Said Riku and took out his key blade.
“Now you shut up” said Cynax.
“What your weapon?” Riku asked Maxie.
Maxie release his claw in his hand. “These claws.”
“This is not X Men. It Kingdom Hearts.” He told him
“I know,” He said innocently. He turn to his mother “Mama start us up.”
“Okay” and she stand back. “Riku vs. Maxie #629 Ready…Fight.”
