Matilda woke up in a hell situation. The place was underground, hot with fire all around, and scream of thousand souls is heard. But that didn’t shaking or scare Matilda. Dress in black with back feather wings, she forgetting about her before life. The only thing she remembers is how she dies. In her private room fill with black silk, a guy in a black robe enters.
“Ah, you are awake, Angel of Death”
“Angel of what? Where am I? And who are you?”
“I’m Jack the reaper and you in you new home.”
“My new home? This is hell.” She said looking around.
“Lovely isn’t it.” He said with passion.
“But I don’t do anything wrong” she explain to him “So why am I here?”
“You work for me.” he told her
“I work for no one” she said with anger.
“Yep” He said with please “That Angel of Death for ya. You got spunk. I like that.”
“What is this angel of death?”
“That’s you, my dear.” He said and took off his hood, revealing his young face.
“Jack, you’re not…”
“Boney?” He finishes her sentences. “It only I’m in hell, my flash return. But on earth, I’m boney”
“Oh…and this angel of death?”
“Sigh…I have a lot of souls to collect and I don’t have time for the sick people. Your job is to take care of the people who are sick.”
“And why me?” she asked him.
“It just plain destiny?”
“Anything else to do here?” she asked shyly.
“Not unless you want to see people torture.” He told her.
“Okay, when I start?” she asked him
“Welcome aboard Angel of Death and you start now…”
Angie woke up at a pearly gate, wearing all white with white wings and a halo. Underneath her was a cloud as floors. The pearly gate open and she have no choice but to enter.
Inside was angels flying, angel in different color and angel who looking down at the world they left behind. Angie keeps on walking forward because they don’t seem to mind. She walked until she saw a big golden door. She not sure if she supposes to enter until a manly voice said
“Come in, my dear child,”
Shaken she open the door and slide on through.
Sorry to say but I can’t describe GOD, But I can tell you what he said.
“Welcome dear child. Welcome to Heaven”
Angie was speechless. What do you expect?
“The reason I sent you here is because we need someone to save the people who not ready to die or another words ‘Not there time’.”
“Okay, so…I’m the Angel of Life?” She asked him.
“That correct.” He said with a smile. “You are a smart child.”
“So how will I know who to save?”
“We will send you to their location.” He told her. “And they will be the one glowing.”
“Okay… is there any today?”
“No, just get yourself acquainted in heaven,”
“Okay, may I leave…my lord?” she asked with a bow.
“Yes, my child. Welcome home, Angel of Life.”
She make her leave.
